We're speculating on some possible core contributors to a new VAEU of what constitutes being well. "Diet and exercise" are obvious areas of focus, however, we think being well has more to do with overall vitality, aliveness, and wholeness in life from a creative combination of self-care.

25 Womxn Exploring six areas of well-being through expert-led activations, workshops, and conversations. We've curated this experience to kick us off and have the intention that the conversations and ideas that arise will lay the ground for future VAEU community events and resources. You're invited to contribute your own personal experience, ideas, and requests for what would make a difference in your being well.

In this creative vinyasa flow, the focus will be on embodying adaptability. We will build resiliency in the mind while exploring new movement patterns, allowing the mat to be a place to cultivate and practice how we approach our everyday life.

All you need to ignite your inner fire is you, your breath, your voice, and your body. In this Tantric sensual self-activation session, step into your sensual expression while you're guided to release anything that’s been holding you back. Allow shame, judgment, and fear to slip through your fingers as you are guided in a movement and self-touch practice to fully turn on. *We trust you to take care of yourself, ask for what you need, and participate to the extent you feel comfortable. Undress is not required for this session.
